MVB#7 - Chocolate Baklava


MVB#7 kali ini di host oleh Shelvy dengan tema chocolate.
Chocolate adalah makanan favoriteku, jadi pasti mesti ikut dong. Mula2 juga bingung nih mau bikin apa, saking banyaknya ide dengan bahan coklat.
Kebetulan majalah cooking light bulan December memuat resep chocolate baklava, langsung deh diniatkan nyobain resep ini. Kebetulan aku juga emang paling doyan makan baklava, jadi 2 kombinasi favorite yg ga bisa ditolak deh.
Proses pembuatan baklava ga terlalu susah, sebenarnya aku udah pernah bikin yg versi biasa (tanpa coklat). Tentu saja yg memakai coklat rasanya lebih oke.
Berikut ini adaptasi dari resep cooking light.
